Been a really, REALLY long time since I last blogged and I just copied someone elses blog to get an estimate of what I ran this summer. (Thanks Kale!) I added it all up and only got 500 miles. I really thought that I would get 700. I ran everyday and went to practice as often as I was able. We went on the Barrel Roll trail today. It took me a while to get into my groove and my knees were hurting the entire time. Like the ligaments on my knees where just aching. I talked to coach and he said I might need new shoes. He's probably right. I tried a new energy food. Stingers. They were just weird tasting fruit snacks. I can't find a good pre-workout food. Plus I keep getting a side ache under my ribs on my right side. Going to try again tomorrow.
