Another six miles and 7:30 pace, but it felt easier today. We went on the back trails where we normally go and went out 3 then back 3. I took a puff this time and it did help, but I didn't take it soon enough because I fell behind again, but not as far as before. Still need to find something to eat in the morning. Kids camp was today, I was in the fourth and fifth grade group. Really, really hyper little kids, we played tag and sharks and minnows. Also I went to Acceleration, so Bonus Mile!
