Well, I missed a few days because I went to youth conference and didn't get to run. But I am back now and ran the ridge today, normal route, but my asthma started to kick in about the mile and a half mark and I fell behind. After I got over it I started to catch back up, but I was too far behind to go completely. I need to take a puff before I run. And need to find something to eat before I run in the morning.
