Well, XC has officially started and I couldn't be happier.  I came thinking that it would be a nice easy day to work back into the running formula. NOPE!  Coach had us running five miles at 7:30 pace and it was awful.  First day back and it is kicking my butt.  Note to Self: Don't eat chocolate granola bars before run.

Second day back and it was harder than yesterday.  I seriously couldn't get to sleep last night and was really sore this morning.  Same result as yesterday too, fell behind during the last mile and a half.  Goal: keep up the entire time.  I am not going to be here until saturday because I am going to Youth Conference but I will do my best to keep running.
